After rejoining Ash's team as a Phanpy, it evolved to help free Pikachu from Team Rocket. However even after the evolution it kept its playful personality from being a Phanpy which sometimes can cause mayhem with other younger Pokémon. Ever since it evolved, it has become a powerhouse in Ash's team winning many Frontier Battles. It now resides back in Oak's Lab during Ash's journey to Sinnoh. Egg → Phanpy → Donphan ♂
